We specialize in labor relations and contract negotiations. We assist clients in designing and implementing workplace practices that enhance engagement and minimize liability in both union and non-union settings, but preserve maximum operating flexibility for managers.
We are frequently referred by outside counsel to help clients investigate and resolve workplace complaints or disputes. At times, we provide expert witness testimony regarding investigations conducted by others and other workplace matters.
To help ensure progressive workplace practices become part of the organization's DNA, W-P-G undertakes interim executive and executive search assignments within those disciplines typically responsible for workplace practices, most often CHRO/SVP/VP Human Resources, senior Labor Relations and Employee Relations positions, and in-house Labor and Employment Law Counsel. We also provide support for executives responsible for workplace practices who simply need a sounding board from time-to-time.
