May 2011: W-P-G Founding Principal, Randy Stedman, served as Chief Negotiator for Mt. Hood Community College in negotiating a new 3-year labor contract with the 160-member MHCC Full-Time Faculty Association. These negotiations attracted regional and national attention in higher education as Oregon's first-ever community college strike was narrowly avoided as was the first-ever hiring of permanent strike replacements.
