May 2011:  W-P-G Founding Principal, Randy Stedman, served as Chief Negotiator for Mt. Hood Community College in negotiating a new 3-year labor contract with the 160-member MHCC Full-Time Faculty Association.  These negotiations attracted regional and national attention in higher education as Oregon's first-ever community college strike was narrowly avoided as was the first-ever hiring of permanent strike replacements.  The College achieved significant wage and benefits rollbacks and concessions to help address its fiscal challenges. http://www.oregonlive.com/gresham/index.ssf/2011/05/mt_hood_community_college_and.html.

January 2011:  W-P-G Founding Principal, Randy Stedman, served as Chief Negotiator for Mt. December 2010:  W-P-G  Founding Principal, Randy Stedman, successfully completed an executive search assignment to fill the Chief Human Resources Officer position for Mt. Hood Community College.  http://www.mhcc.edu/news.aspx?id=2634.

November 2010: W-P-G Founding Principal, Randy Stedman, served as a consultant to Mt. Hood Community College in a successful labor mediation resulting in a four-year contract with the College's Part-Time Faculty Association.
